Veronica Johnson, Ph.D.
Dr. Veronica Johnson is an expert in executive functioning and enhancing multicultural competence in the workplace. Her work revolves around developing strengths-based approaches to mental health service delivery for client populations of Color. She is interested in enhancing mental health treatment for racial/ethnic minority clients by isolating cultural values that promote psychosocial wellbeing. Outside of her role at WC, Dr. Johnson is also on the faculty of John Jay College of Criminal Justice where her research is focused on racial trauma, workplace racial discrimination, racism-related coping, and racial socialization. She is a published author, and her work has been featured in academic journals and national conferences.
