Kimberly Palmore, M.Ed. is a Career Coach who specializes in working with clients during the career exploration and the career transition phase. Kimberly has worked with a variety of populations ranging from recent graduates to mid-career professionals. She strives to individualize the coaching process with a holistic approach because careers affect every part of a person’s life, and it is critical to find the career that fits the individual’s talents, interests, strengths and values. She believes in helping clients to follow a passion and a purpose, while also balancing practicality—with this approach, she guides her clients to find and secure a position that is the ideal fit for them and the life they desire.
