Niki Yarnot, MSW, LASW specializes in Career Testing and data-driven career decision-making. Niki’s work first focuses on data collection where she utilizes Career Testing to figure out which specific careers (roles, industries, and titles) would be a good fit, among other important personality information. She she utilizes that data to work with clients to develop the actionable steps necessary to execute a successful career change.

With a background in social work, Niki creates a non-judgmental, affirming space where clients can show up safely and authentically as they seek support around developing a career narrative. Niki is also a parent to three boys and is passionate about both ADHD/disabilities in the workplace and and parents reentering/finding balance in the workforce. Her counseling style has been described as empathetic, collaborative, and empowering.
