Career Coach Intern
Thom Mascia is a Career Coach Intern who supports clients in clarifying their direction, strengthening skills, and building sustainable routines that help them feel grounded during times of transitions. He has a background in integrative coaching and higher education disability services, where he supported clients with ADHD, autism, and brain injuries.
Thom’s coaching style is shaped by personal experience and professional training, giving him a grounded understanding of how challenging systems can feel to move through. He is guided by a deep commitment to making those systems easier to navigate and more accessible for all, creating a space where clients feel understood, supported, and grounded.
Thom is completing his M.A. in Clinical Rehabilitation Counseling at UMass Boston, where he is developing an executive-function–based transitional program for young adults. His work blends practical skill-building with reflective support, helping clients build confidence, understand their story, and feel prepared for their next steps.
