If you are looking to define your career path within your industry, or looking to flip the script on your career and life, our Career Coaching programs can help you. Most commonly, Career Coaching is utilized for collaboration with: job searching, networking, career development, time management, procrastination elimination, and prioritizing tasks/goals to achieve your goals.
We specialize in Career Coaching for adults and the majority of our clients are mid-to executive-level career professionals between the ages of 25-45.
We also work with clients outside of that range (e.g., high school seniors, college students, stay-at-home parents returning to the workforce, retirees who want to take on a new career and skillset rather than “retire”).
We work from clients across industries, although the majority of career changers come from finance, law, education, healthcare, and the arts/entertainment.
Career Coaching is often used to offer support and guidance through the fog of the job search and application process. Your coach will work with you to move beyond online job postings and get you in front of employers in new, creative ways that will get you noticed and make a solid first impression. Career Testing & Assessment is for people struggling with making a career decision and/or choosing a career path.
We use a comprehensive battery of tests that collects data about who you are and what drives you to get out of your bed in the morning to go to work, and help you to make a data-driven career decision to choose a career that will be satisfying to you long term.
Our unique combination of career tests offers quick relief and clarity. Career Assessment can validate if you’re on the right track and give you peace of mind that you’re making the right choice.
Career Testing & Assessment is for people are feeling dissatisfied with their work lives, but don’t know what they would rather be doing. We affectionately refer to this group as “the career confused”.
If you are unsure about what you want to do with your life or what you want to spend the majority of your time and energy each week doing, feel stuck, and need help figuring out net steps, Career Testing & Assessment will untangle it all and provide the direction you’ve been seeking.
We use a combination of Career Coaching + validated tests to assess to develop a career profile that points to specific roles and industries that will be the best fits and those to avoid.
We collect (quant) data about you on variables that matter most for career decision: personality, skills, interests, values, and work style.
We also collect (qual) data through an interview where we ask you everything else that a test can’t pick up on (e.g., career history, salary requirements, interest in additional training, desired geographic location, visa status, family responsibilities/plans, etc.)
A Career Coach conducts an integrative interpretation where they’re able to combine multiple sources of data, draw connections, and pick out specific job titles that would be the best fit for you
We send you an 7-8 page written analytic report with the raw data, interpretations, and your top job titles for you to review.
You will meet one-on-one for a results session with a Career Coach to discuss findings, develop a preliminary action plan (e.g., reflection, career exploration/research) and schedule follow-up calls to discuss your progress and feelings along the way.
You will collaborate with your Career Coach to develop a plan of action to implement your career change (i.e., strategies for how to move into a new or adjacent field, even if you don't have experience)
