What is Career Coaching?

Career Coaching is a one-on-one coaching service, where you meet with a coach to strategize and get support in defining career goals, ideal job roles, resume writing and changing your life! Career Coaching is solution/results-oriented coaching with a focus on goal achievement.

You may have an ideal job in mind or you may be at a point where you want to re-think your career. Career Coaching includes developing timelines and action plans, identifying and breaking dysfunctional patterns, and creating new habits to support you in making necessary changes around your career. Our process includes our unique data driven approach to career testing and assessment.

In addition to weekly sessions, you receive unlimited access to your coach between sessions. Your coach is available for accountability check-ins, to review resume edits, cover letters, writing samples, e-mail drafts, job postings of interest, etc. Your coach is there to answer all those random questions that come up (e.g., Is it too soon to send a follow-up e-mail? How do I check in about the status of my application without sounding pushy?)

WHAT DOES IT INCLUDE?

  • Every month, each client engages in four, 45-minute virtual (phone or video conference) strategy sessions with their coach

  • In addition to sessions, clients have unlimited access to their Career Coach between sessions to review documents, answer questions, etc.

  • Coaching is a subscription-style service that works and can be tailored to a variety of timeframes depending on your goals
